Eid Mubarak to all of the Tumblr Muslims :D
Thats me on the left and my younger brother when we got back home after Eid prayer.
Before we left for the Eid prayer we got all dressed and all and then my mom came to me and my younger brother for giving us dates to eat and she just stood there for a few seconds and looked at us. Then after a very slow and deep sigh she said “MashAllah, all you kids have grown up now. When I woke up today it felt like I went back in time, for a moment I had a thought that I now have to go wake the little boys, get em dressed with little Thobes, little Ghutra’s and Bisht’s. But oh, you little boys have become men now” And then she smiled.
We both then hugged here and kissed her forehead and left for Eid.
While on the way me and my younger brother both has this look on our faces like “Damn we’ve grown up! time went by so fast” lol
